EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY
Items are exchangable and refundable within 7 days after item is received by customer.
Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached with the same packaging that we used to send the goods. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Items can only be exchanged maximum of 2 times.
All shipping fee will be borne by customer.
Exchanges is only valid for ready stock items. If the item is not available, you may exchange it into other products or have it refunded.
We do not provide exchanges or refunds for clearance items, please check the sizing chart before you make a purchase.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
